Dentro de Chile: los envíos son vía Starken por pagar (se paga el envío al recibir el pedido). Puede ser enviado a sucursal o a domicilio. El valor del envío se especifica en el comprobante de Starken que llegará a tu correo una vez enviado el pedido.
Fuera de Chile: los envíos fuera de Chile son enviados por Correos de Chile. Una vez fuera del país llega al correo Nacional del país de destino. El costo del envío se cancela junto al dinero del pedido en el inicio del encargo.
Los pagos internacionales son via depósito en Wester Union o WISE (se debe cancelar las comisiones correspondientes)
Within Chile: Shipping is via Starken payable (shipping is paid upon receipt of the order). Shipping can be delivered to a branch or to your home address. The shipping cost is specified on the Starken receipt that will arrive in your email once the order is shipped.
WORLDWIDE: Outside Chile: Shipments outside Chile are sent by Correos de Chile. Once outside the country, they arrive at the National Post Office in the destination country. Shipping costs are paid along with the order amount at the beginning of the order.
International payments are made via Western Union or WISE deposit (the corresponding fees must be paid).
